A Perfect Partnership

Many couples begin their wedding plans with great enthusiasm - booking all the major elements such as the church, reception venue, photographer and cars. Once these have been done they look at their lists and often believe that there is not much more to do. However at this point, there is still a lot to organise and you may start to think you need some help.

This is where we can come in. This package is a partnership package. Once you have chosen your venue and most of your suppliers you can then sit back as we will take care of everything.

We will meet with you to discuss where you have got to in your arrangements and recommend suppliers for all services yet to be booked. We will then co-ordinate all suppliers and their services, arranging deadlines and information needed from booking up until your wedding day.

We will work with you on designs and themes for the day and make sure that everything is co-ordinated for your wedding day.

We can help you with your budgets and payments by providing financial breakdown sheets with all aspects including payments and balances, so you always know that your budget is on track.

The week before the wedding we will confirm with all suppliers your booking and confirm arrangements, and work through check lists to ensure that nothing has been overlooked.

We will put together an itinerary for the big day and liaise with members of the wedding party including best man, ushers etc making sure that they know their duties and provide any help with speeches.
