Full Co-ordination
This package includes a comprehensive design, planning and management service to create your perfect day from the moment you say yes to the wedding day itself.
In addition to the services listed below, we will also work with you on the entire look and feel of your wedding, coming up with ideas to make your day extra special. We will work with you on everything from the cake and invitation design plus ideas that will make the day truly special. We will work with all the suppliers to make sure your day runs perfectly. We will also spend time before the day itself dressing and setting the room to make sure all the well-made plans are perfectly carried through on the day.
We will meet with you to find out what you really want for your day and then come back to you with a mood board based on our meeting and the information/ideas you provided. We will also put together an example budget using realistic costings and provide useful suggestions on how you can make your budget work harder for you.
We can recommend suppliers , however you are free to choose your own suppliers if you wish. On your agreement, we will book all suppliers and handle all paperwork including invoices, payment and financial statements. We will then co-ordinate all suppliers and their services, arranging deadlines and information needed from booking up until your wedding day. The week before the wedding we will confirm your booking with all suppliers and confirm arrangements. We can accompany you to viewings of venues, dress fittings and meetings with other suppliers such as florists.
We will work through check lists to ensure that nothing has been overlooked and put together an itinerary for the big day. We can liaise with members of the wedding party including the best man, ushers etc making sure that they know their duties and provide any help with speeches.
As with all our packages, all the decisions are made by you and we work to your specifications.
Our Full Co-ordination package includes an 'On the Day' co-ordinator, although depending on your requirements we may recommend that two co-ordinators attend your wedding day. The fee for Full Co-ordination is based on a percentage of your budget, number of guests and how much design and co-ordination is required.
Please note our minimum fee is £2,000 - we will discuss the costs in detail with you at our initial meeting.
