What are the benefits to having a wedding planner?

The average bride spends over 250 hours planning her wedding. However, with so many pressures on time now, it's difficult for some couples to find the time to do research on suppliers, view several venues and interview several photographers, videographers, florists to find the ones that are going to make your day extra special. We are constantly researching wedding services, finding the latest trends and looking out for new ideas, all of which we pass on to the couples we work with. We aim to take the stress out of the planning, so you can enjoy your engagement and have a truly unique wedding day.

We are worried about losing control of our wedding - how involved do you get?

We get as involved as you wish. We will make suggestions, give you ideas and guide you through the planning but you make ALL the decisions.

If we have a free consultation are we obliged to book A Perfect Plan?

Not at all. The initial consultation is a free, no obligation meeting where will discuss your plans. Your wedding is a very personal thing and you need to be happy that we understand how you want your day to look and feel.

Why should we choose A Perfect Plan?

Our aim is to create your perfect day, which includes making sure plans go smoothly in the run up to the day. We take the pressure off you leading up to your special day, so that you can enjoy the whole experience of getting married. The most important thing though, is that we have been brides; we understand the stresses and strains of planning your big day. We understand how much work there really is involved and most importantly, we understand how special we all want our wedding day to be.

We would love to have a planner but have a limited budget. Is it worth us calling you?

Yes it is. As you can see, we have packages to suit all budgets. We have arranged discounts with many of our suppliers, which are passed on to you, and can often find alternatives to make your wedding more cost-effective.

We have already booked and organised our wedding but are worried about everything running smoothly on the actual day. Is there anything you can do to help us?

Yes, our 'Perfect Day' co-ordination package will enable you to enjoy your special day, while we take care of all the organising.

Do we have to work with your choice of suppliers?

No. We will discuss your requirements and suggest suppliers, but if you decide not to use them, we will find alternatives. If youve already chosen some of your suppliers, we will happily work with them.
