A Perfect Day - On The Day Co-ordination package

The day is finally here. Your friends and family give you last minute advice. Most will tell you to enjoy yourself and savour every special moment of the day. But how can you relax when you have spent the last few months, even years, planning your perfect wedding? How can you rely on everything happening exactly as you've planned it? Even the best laid plans can get lost!

This is why we have put together our 'A Perfect Day' co-ordination package. The package is designed to give you the peace of mind to really enjoy yourself.

As soon as you decide you want us to work with you, we will meet with you to discuss the plans you have for your wedding.

We will work with you to produce an itinerary for the day, making sure everyone knows what they need to do, and when.

Then, about ten days before your wedding, we will go through all the arrangements, ensuring that nothing has been overlooked.

On your wedding day, we will visit the venue, visit you at home and check the church/ceremony venue before the bridal party arrives, to ensure that all settings, flowers etc are as you want them to be. We will work with all suppliers and manage their deliveries, answering any questions they have so that you don't get hassled with the minor details.

We will also help dress and style the ceremony and reception venues.

Our On the Day Co-ordination costs from £275. We can supply as many co-ordinators as required, depending on the elements of your day.

This package can be purchased separately from others, so even if we have not planned your wedding, we can still co-ordinate your wedding day.

If you require additional meetings and help this will be charged all costs will be made available to you.
